Which tier does my course need?
If your tee sheet takes one golfer or a foursome per slot, Basic covers it. If you regularly take bookings bigger than four — outings, societies, corporate days — Advanced handles spreading a group across consecutive tee times.
Is there really no setup fee?
On both tiers here, yes. Getting your course live is entering details you already have — tee interval, opening hours, course name — not custom engineering. George is different: he's tuned to your course before going live, and that's covered in his quote.
How does billing work?
Monthly and prepaid. Pay for a year up front instead and it's 10% off, on any tier. There's no contract term, so you can stop at the end of a billing period.
Why isn't George's price on this page?
Because his cost moves with how many calls your course actually takes, and a single published number would be wrong for most courses — too high for a quiet nine-hole, too low for a busy resort. Tell us your call volume and you'll get a real flat monthly figure, not a range.
Can I add George later?
Yes. George sits on top of whichever booking tier you're on — you don't switch products or lose anything to add him.
Do I need to replace my current tee sheet software?
No. Plenty of courses run Grey Hornbill alongside what they already use. If you'd rather it be your only system, that works too.
